A 50% retainer is required in order to reserve your event day and time. The remaining balance is due one week prior to your event. If your event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, the retainer will remain as a credit towards a future event, as the retainer is non-refundable. 

Rise & Design is not liable for balloons and decor once they are set up and out of our care. Because of the fragile nature of balloons and decor, we are not responsible for damage, leakage, and/or bursts from improper exposure to extreme heat, wind, outdoor elements, sharp items, or rough handling.
