BOOKING FAQ

Do you need a deposit?
- I require a 50% retainer in order to reserve your event.
Is the retainer refundable?
- No, if your event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, the retainer will remain as a credit towards a future event.
Do you provide mock ups?
- Yes, with paid 50% retainer.
How far in advanced should we book?
- I recommend to start booking vendors once your venue is secured.
Do you travel?
- Yes, we've had events on both the Big Island and Kaua'i. Travel fees can be discussed.

BACKDROPS/BALLOONS FAQ

Can we keep the Backdrops/Balloons after our event is done?
- Backdrops are rentals.
- Balloons can be taken home by the client or guests. Note, if balloons were sprayed with Hi-Shine, they will have an oily residue.
How long do balloons last?
- Latex balloons in Balloon Garlands are filled with air and can remain inflated for a few days.**
- Latex balloons filled with helium can remain inflated for a few hours.**

**Inflation time not guaranteed. Cool, indoor conditions are recommended for best results.

BOOKING POLICY & LIABILITY

A 50% retainer is required in order to reserve your event day and time. The remaining balance is due one week prior to your event. If your event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, the retainer will remain as a credit towards a future event, as the retainer is non-refundable.

Rise & Design is not liable for balloons or decor once they have been set up and are no longer in our care. Due to the delicate nature of these items, Rise & Design is not responsible for any loss, damage, leakage, or breakage arising from factors beyond our control, which may include but are not limited to exposure to weather conditions, temperature changes, outdoor elements, sharp objects, mishandling, or improper use.
